What is a serviced apartment?

Serviced accommodation is both easy & flexible. You can stay in our apartments from 1 night, through to 1 year, but only need to give a relatively short notice period if your plans change at short notice.  For convenience, there is only one price to pay, which includes all the usual utility bills, plus Wi Fi.  In addition to this, to make your stay even more enjoyable, we include a weekly clean, with a change of linens/towels (for stays over 7 nights) & provide you with a welcome pack on arrival.

Hotel or apartment ?

Although Flexi-Lets is mainly an apartment business, we also book & work with independent hotels & hotel chains as they may form part of our Clients' travel plan.  Some of our Clients or guests prefer a hotel for a few nights, followed by an apartment for a longer stay.

The benefits of a house or apartment are mainly space, privacy, plus the ability to cook & prepare your own food, in your own kitchen & to eat it when you wish !  There are no "turn down services" strict meal times or interruptions from reception, so you can entertain yourself, your family or friends in peace.  We help you by providing a fully fitted kitchen (many with dishwashers) and an extensive range of cookware.  If staying over a week, you can kick back & relax as we will also clean the property & change your bedlinen & towels.  

Our guests feel they can "live" or "belong" somewhere, rather than just visit. This is really important for those relocating to an area of staying for a few weeks.

Serviced accommodation can be cost effective too, often saving 30% on a hotel bedroom, plus providing one price for the entire stay, as often hotel prices can fluctuate from night to night.

For business guests - why a Flexi-Lets property?

We offer corporate discounts, bespoke negotiated rates & pricing per property, not per person. We can house multiple employees in our larger properties, offer parking, offer sharing apartments to keep costs down and also offer twin bed options, if required. Our rates are also very competitive & consistent.

 Your employees also benefit from privacy, additional space, plus being able to cook the food they like, in their own kitchen.  For those travelling from overseas or with particular dietry requirements (or young families) this could be very important.  For others, they enjoy the ability to wash, iron and launder their own clothes, rather than visit a launderette or pay expensive hotel laundry costs.

What can I expect in a Flexi-Lets property?

All Flexi-Lets apartments include fully equipped kitchens (toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washer/dryer, some with dishwashers, cutlery, crockery, glasses, saucepans, chopping boards and all cooking utensils). Bathrooms are equipped with showers or shower over bath, fresh towels & a range of sample toiletries (for your arrival date). 

Bedrooms will usually have at least one large wardrobe (with a few hangers), one hairdryer per property, bedside lamps/tables, a chest of drawers, iron & board, in addition to a comfy double bed complete with fresh bedding/linen. Living areas are equipped with modern sofas / chairs, a coffee table, a dining area, flatscreen TV( with Freesat or Freeview),a DVD player & mini Hi-Fi.

How do I book?

You can book on line, on this site for some of our properties, or you can phone us on 0845 241 7060 or 01252 210533 (Option 1 - Sales)  or contact us via this website or via an email. One of our friendly team will be delighted to help you & can chat through any queries. All reservations are subject to our terms and conditions.

Flexi-Lets can take bookings from 1 night! We also have no limit on the length of a booking, as some of our guests feel so “at home” they stay with us for several years.

At the time of booking we will advise the notice period you need to provide to cancel or extend a booking.  We are happy to negotiate, for special circumstances. As a guide the average notice period for a 28 day booking, is 7 nights.

Once we have organised the payment method for your booking, Flexi-Lets will send you a written confirmation of your booking via email.

To collect your keys will will take your contact details & an approx arrival time.  We will then arrange a key appointment for you or arrange key codes to be sent to you.

What are your payment terms & options?

All rent payments are due in advance of your check in, usually at the point of making your booking.

( If you are a regular Client or wish to set up payment terms, payment can be via invoice, or bank transfer, after your arrival date.)

Flexi-Lets only accepts payment in sterling, either via direct bank transfer or by debit/credit card.

For those with specific payment terms, Invoices can be settled by direct bank transfer or by sterling cheque. 

Flexi-Lets accept card payments from all major debit or credit card companies -please note we charge an additional 3% for American Express card transactions - we do not accept Diners Club.

All payments will receive an invoice /receipt from Flexi-Lets & a confirmation of your booking.
