Thank you so much for one of the best apartments we have booked in the last 10 years, we could not have asked for more, it was absolutely perfect. If you would like constructive comments.
It would have been convenient for a light above the bathroom mirror.
The teak on the balcony needs cleaning - don't buy the expensive 2 part acid just scrub with dishwasher powder and hot water, make sure all is hosed off.
Would have liked to see a fire plan on the back of the door c/w fire blanket and perhaps just one 2 kg extinguisher.
We will be booking this again next year if possible, cannot imagine why we have not used you before, if only everything in life was this easy.
I run a an operation where our guests pay 165,000 a week, approx 16,500 per head so for that price guests expect and get the very best.
So we are very appreciative of great service (even though its much cheaper :))
Once again a very big thank you to all of you and may we wish you a very happy and prosperous 2012.

The bed in the main room of apt 38 requires fixing. The slats underneath pop out with simply rolling over!

The bed in one room was not nice to sleep in. One part was a temporary bed from a sofa. We lived 4 people so one person had to sleep there.
It could be nice to have somthing to clean the floor with. It can be a lot of small things and rubbisch on the floor during 5 days if noone clean up under the stay.
But thank you the rest was perfect!

Thanks, it was a great stay as the previous ones. Your dishwashers need to be serviced with salt and the additional liquid, this was the case for all the partments we stayed in (3 different ones).

Anya was particularly helpful checking me into the apartment and showing me around. The apartment was well kept although perhaps the kitchen could be equipped with more cutlery/glasses/plates etc.

There was no hot water - something that seemed
to be out of the control of FLEX LETS though since this seemed to have been due to building maintenance - the water seemed to be a bit warmer in the evening which stopped us from calling again ( as the maintanence technician suggested us to do it the problem persisted) to get it fixed only to find that every morning there was no hot water whatsoever.
The unit does not have it's own water tank so it is a shared source- that seems to be over used in the mornings- or it's just because they were working on it in the mornings that we were there.
We were informed that there was milk in the fridge when we arrived-the fridge was was empty.
The cooking elements and the splash board were not 'clean' they were cleaned but not with the cleaning soap or cloths which are suited to such a surface- we have the same electric elements at home and we use two cloths - one to clean and one to get the suds off- clearly they just leave the suds on which is ok if you are happy just to move the dirty water around the surface rather than completely eliminate it, the splash board behind the elements was also full of soap suds ( very hard to eliminate but possible with another cloth).
The cuboards also had sud marks from cleaning.
The door in the ensuite bathroom squeaks - this is a problem if you get up at night because it is so noisy that it wakes up the other person sleeping - just needs some lub oil.
INTERNET- WORKED PERFECTLY
TV- WORKED FINE.
IPOD/ MUSIC : WORKED but the ipod dock is in front of the entrance while the speaks and the
volume control are in the kitchen, so I can change the volume from the kitchen/lounge but you put the ipod dock at the end of the corridor so if you want to change a song you have to go from the kitchen to the END of the corridor to operate the IPOD/PHONE ?? what kind logic is that ? Good idea to install it but terrible execution/planning, the IPOD DOCK should be right next to the ON/OFF volume switches in the lounge/kitchen.
RECYCLING: Although there are signs in the carpark for the recycling there are no bins in the appartment which facilitate an easy separation of waste and no instructions about where to put the recycled waste -consequently
all guests I presume will not recycle which is a shame.
PARKING: Outstanding, there is a security gate which protects the cars in the carpark and a lift to the appartment, we found this extremely convenient and a major plus.
HEATING: Ok but the corridors from the lift and the connecting hallways are FAR too hot, they seem to be 25-27 C when they should be 22-23 this is an uncomfortable temperature for most people.

this was our 2nd stay. we love the location and the cleanliness of your apartments. please add on salt and glass-clear solution to your dishwashers, in both the apts we were in, the warning lights were on.

We were very impressed with how easy the whole booking process and being met and let into the car park and apartments were. Very smooth and professional. The apartment was fabulously clean and much more spacious than we were expecting and the proximity to town was better than expected. A couple of minor points didn't detract from our stay, but thought I would mention as probably the sort of things you don't notice unless you 'live' with them. The coffee table was very wobbly (missing screw on one leg) and could have been dangerous, the handle on the ensuite shower door was broken and the door covering the integrated washing machine didn't close properly.
A lovely touch including soap, washing powder, tea/coffee and even milk sachets meant that you didn't have to go out and buy things immediately,
Overall a great experience.

The apartment was long overdue for redecoration. The walls were very marked. The crockery was mismatched and chipped and cheap quality. There was insufficient cutlery which was also low quality. For an apartment of this level these items should be of an equal quality.
The garage key fob stopped working, I suspect the battery was flat.
Having said all of this, the apartment was in a great location and was competitively priced.

The flat was very very warm. I had to have all windows open when I was there - day and night, which would have wasted a lot of money on heating. I understand that you dont want people touching the hot water control, but maybe worth having an option of turning heating off completely (especially whilst corridor temperature resembles a sauna!)

Our second stay, excellent facility. There was no Flexi-Lets folder in the appartment though, only an original builders one that explained the heating system etc. We used the same check out procedure as last time. Thank you for remebering we booked a late check out, much appreciated.

One dining chair had an unsteady leg, dishwasher needed salt and cleaning silution.
would have been better with some dishwasher tablets provided as welll as some soap and shampoo. the queen size? bed was a bit on the small side and too soft for us.

After staying in an appt in printing house square in January, I was dissapointed with flat 37.
The appartment smelt of smoke, and definitely needed new crockery (only two mugs, the rest were chipped) A little disappointing.
The tumble dryer broke down, and the TV was not working when we arrived.
