Although you describe your accommodation as "Non-smoking", it was a shame that one of your previous guests flouted your rules on smoking in the apartment. For an ex-smoker who is attune to that smell of dirty ashtrays it was quite off putting to walk around the apartment accompanied by a shadow of a previous occupant.
I also found the check-in process could be improved by having an internal meeting place near-by - A coffee shop perhaps. In favor of having guests hanging around in the cold and or wet waiting for a rendezvous with the key holder on a dimly lit street corner.
Apart from that I found the rest of the service to be without fault.

Very pleased with my stay.
I usually spend 3-4 nights each week in Camberley hotels.
This week has made a refreshing change.
I paid a rate of £80 a night which is slightly more than a local hotel rate but well worth it.
I have tried to book again but get a £135 rate, so I assume that I previously paid a promotional rate.

For the last three nights we have rented #57, Atrium, Camberley. Let us say straight away that the apartment was exactly what we needed for the short stay to visit with our family in Camberley. The apartment is nicely furnished and attractive as is the development.
We are in exactly the same business as Flexi-Lets -albeit in Spain, not in the UK. Because of that we looked on #57 as people experienced in renting apartments and in the requirements of potential guests. You will, we hope forgive us making a few comments/suggestions.
1. The welcome procedure was friendly and efficient. The only thing you could have done better was to point out to us where the rubish store at the Atrium is. It has no identification on the door of any sort. We had to waste time hunting for it when we left the apartment this morning - causing us un-necessary delay and frustration.
2. We always do a quality control check of our apartments after they have been cleaned and re-set up. One of the crucial things we check is that all light bulbs work. In #57, two of the ceiling halogen lights in the living room were not working. One of them was the important light above the computer desk.
3. We find rugs in the living room of our apartments very difficult to keep clean and presentable. The rug in #57 was filthy and very unappealing. We would not leave out a rug as dirty as that for our guests.
4. We had been told about Flexi-Lets' apartments by friends who live in Valencia who have stayed in the apartments a number of times. They told us that the last time they stayed at the Atrium, the apartment was not as clean as it should have been. That was true of #57. There was paper left by previous users of the apartment under one of the sofas and several of the dishes, glasses, mugs in the cupboards had to be washed before we could use them.
5. The tea and coffee sachets left for us were welcome (we do not provide these for our own guests) but the whole impact was lost as there was no milk in the apartment of any sort - although, clearly the people who showed us into the apartment were surprised at this. As it happens we had brought milk with us.
6. We provide all our apartments with a tea pot and a coffee maker. We can understand that in the UK a coffee maker is less important than in Spain. But, in England, surely a tea pot is much more important than in Spain. We were suprised the apartment had no coffee maker and astonished that the apartment had not tea pot. We had to go out and buy one for £9.
7. With an apartment for four people, it would have been useful to have at least four tea spoons not simply the two in the apartment.
8. In our apartments we try to make sure that knives, forks, spoons all match. The knives, forks and spoons came nowhere near to matching in #57.
9. For us, a pair of kitchen scissors in an essential item in a kitchen - all our apartments have kitchen scissors. There were no scissors in #57.
10. Both arms of the chair for the computer desk are badly broken. As a result the chair is dangerous to sit in or get out of as the arms collapse when any weight is put on them.
Having said all this we will probably stay at the Atrium again when we come to Camberley to visit family.

We booked the apartment as 2 couples attending a wedding in Yateley (around £15 in a cab by the way).
Firstly I thought it was very convenient that you can check in at 12, earlier than any local hotels. Next, it was a very nice size apartment for 2 couples, plenty of room. The location is also very convenient for the town centre for shopping and eating etc.
All in all a nice modern flat in a good location and great value for money.

We couldn't get any hot water in the shower...so instructions on hot water would be good. Other than this, the appartment was very comfortable and good location to walk into the city.

Unfortunately we were unable to leave our case anywhere when we left on Monday morning,which meant walking around Camberly for 5 hours pulling heavy luggage. We were advised by a Flexi-let representative to try the train station however they do not have a left luggage facility. The appartment was super and very convenient.

OK, the bare numbers on the scale don't reflect what I want to say, and bear in mind that I say all this as someone that arranges corporate units/apartments for various companies here in the US.
Customer Service: Simon, at the contact number was excellent. Whomever the person was that let me into the place (he never gave me his name) was less helpful. He opened the place up, indicated the basic layout inside, said to phone if I had any problems, and left.
Apartment cleanliness & Quality of Room: No idea if you have more than one unit there, but about #89: It was clean, but it was also showing that it's running down quickly. Scuff marks on almost every wall, small bits of damage all over the place, faded curtains, water and mold damage in the bathrooms, huge mold smell in the shared bathroom making it essentially unusable, the sofa was worn and at the point of collapse, there were no instructions for anything except the internet router, the bed in the main bedroom was only a double and was utter garbage, etc., etc. The layout of the place was excellent, the fitout in the kitchen was good (again, lack of instructions on dishwasher and microwave was a bit annoying), and other things were fine.
Value for Money: It is what it is. In terms of Camberley, it's not bad.

The apartment did have some faults, especially with respect to cleanliness, but Flexilets have sorted these out and the partment is quite good at present. House keeping seem to do a good job each Friday. Furniture that was dirty has been changed and the carpets have been cleaned.
Based on this, I'm quite happy to continue staying in the apartment. The apartment is very expensive and I think if long term is guaranteed the rates could be reduced to reflect this position.

Although we were booked into apt 65, we were put in apt 32. This is on the ground floor and on the road, very noisy and with no privacy. I strongly advise against staying in this apartment. The kitchen was not very well equipped and would not have been satisfactory for longer than a weekend. I would only use Flexi Lets again if they would guarantee in which apartment I would stay.
