Cancellation Policy

There will be no cancellation charge, if a booking is cancelled before 10am, 7 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled within the 7 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.

Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

Important Information

Pre arrival and key collection information:

1. Contact Flexi-Lets in advance of your stay to confirm an arrival time.
2. Phone Flexi-Lets on 01252 210533, thirty minutes prior to your arrival.
3. A member of Flexi-Lets welcome team will be waiting at the front of the apartments.
4. They will show you where to park, show you into your apartment, hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have.
5. Sit back, Relax and enjoy your stay.

Check ins are from 12.00pm until 10.00pm.

Checkout is at 10.00am

Late or early check-in can be arranged direct with Flexi-Lets, additional charges will apply.

Please note that for all weekend reservations a refundable deposit of £100.00 will be required.

Payment by Credit Card is subject to a non refundable 2.5% transaction fee.

FULL payment will be taken from your credit/debit card at the point of your booking.
