Camberley is to the far west of Surrey, adjacent to the Hampshire and Berkshire county borders and close to M3 and M4 junctions. Nearby is the Sandhurst Military College, The Meadows retail park and Bracknell Forest. Farnborough is a town best known for the bi-annual Farnborough Air Show and airfield. Farnborough town centre is undergoing major redevelopment to encompass new shopping areas, cinema and restaurants. Frimley is adjacent to Camberley from the south and very close to the M3 junction with easy access into London. The main shopping street includes a branch of Waitrose and some smaller shops, several restaurants, banks, charity shops, a post office, a number of estate agents, solicitors, opticians, betting shops, an insurance broker and two public houses, the Railway Arms and the White Hart. Frimley Park Hospital is situated in the town. One of the major employers in the town is BAE Systems Integrated System Technologies, which occupies a building in Lyon Way. Siemens opened its main UK headquarters in Frimley in 2007.
Guildford is a bustling English town, with a High Street paved with granite setts often referred to as cobbles, and is one of the most expensive places to buy property in the UK outside of London. Top end shops such as Hugo Boss, Gant, Armani Exchange and Mappin & Webb can be found along the historic high street as well as department stores including House of Fraser. Guildford has a general street market held on Fridays and Saturdays. A farmers' market is usually held on the first Tuesday of each month. There is a Tourist Information Office, Guided Walks and various hotels including the historic Angel Hotel which long served as a coaching stop on the main London to Portsmouth stagecoach route. Many thousands of people who live in Woking town and district commute to work in central London each day. Woking railway station is one of the busiest commuter stations in the London commuter belt, and Woking's position along the M25 motorway also facilitates commutation both into London and throughout the Home Counties. Woking has a modern shopping centre called The Peacocks. The main area for evening entertainment is around Chertsey Road which contains restaurants serving a number of cuisines such as Indian and Chinese. There are also numerous bars and pubs along Chertsey Road as well as several nightclubs around the area. The Ambassadors cinemas and New Victoria Theatre can be accessed via the top floor of The Peacocks.
