What is a serviced apartment?
Serviced accommodation is completely hassle-free. Our serviced residential apartments are available on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis in the same way as a hotel room. The apartments are furnished and incorporate fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and lounges. Our serviced package includes a weekly maid service, weekly fresh linen and towels and a complimentary welcome pack.

A Flexi-Lets apartment is up to 30% cheaper than a standard hotel room and gives greater privacy this creates a home from home feel which cannot be recreated in a hotel room.

Low corporate rates (up to 30% cheaper than a hotel) which are priced per apartment not per person. We take away the stress of finding and maintaining your short term employee housing needs. There are also no expensive bar bills or room service charges.

What equipment should I expect to find in a Flexi-Lets apartment?
All Flexi-Lets apartments include fully equipped kitchens (toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washer/dryer, cutlery, crockery, glasses, saucepans, chopping boards and all cooking utensils.) bathrooms are equipped with showers, fresh towels and a range of toiletries. Bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes with hangers, side tables, luxury double beds with headboards and fresh linen. Living areas are equipped with modern sofas and chairs, coffee table, dining areas, LCD flatscreen TVs with Freesat or Freeview, DVD players and mini Hi-Fi systems.

What are the payment terms and options?
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice for the whole period of your stay (or for the first 8 weeks for longer stays) will be issued upon confirmation. Payments are due in advance of your check in.Flexi-Lets only accepts payment in sterling and provides all clients with 2 ways to pay; being either on invoice or by card transactions. Inoisec are payable by direct bank transfer or occasionally sterling cheques are accepted. Flexi-Lets accept card payments from all major credit card companies. Please note that Flexi-Lets charge an additional 2.5% per credit card transaction.

Do you have a minimum reservation period?
No, Flexi-Lets provide accommodation from 1 night to 1 year, or in some cases even longer. You only pay for the specific number of nights you use.

How will I receive my confirmation?
You will receive confirmation via email and a member of the Flexi-Lets reservation team will contact you to arrange a meet and greet at your chosen arrival time.

How do I obtain the keys to my apartment?
At the time of your booking you will be advised by a member of our reservation team of the check in procedure. We will meet you at the property at your chosen time and hand you the keys to your apartment, show you around and answer any questions or concerns that you may have
