Care of Our Properties
- We care about first impressions, so all our flats are constantly upgraded & checked.
- We don’t hand responsibility to a third party, but employ our own friendly & responsive team, who furnish, maintain & enhance our properties on a daily basis.
- Our maintenance team wear a Flexi-Lets logo, for the security of our guests. They also leave a calling card, so our guests have peace of mind.
Our Guest Services Team
- Our meet & greet teams wear identity badges (& have tracking devices), as the safety of our guests is of paramount importance.
- We also prefer to personally meet our guests with keys, so we can meet them, settle them in, answer any queries & show them how to operate the heating/appliances during their stay.
- We also call each guest a few days after arrival, to ensure they are happy with their flat & if there is anything else we can do, to make their stay comfortable. We also contact our guests again, at the point of departure.
